Membership in the Light of the Stars PMA is free. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all members.

1. Private Status

 Light of the Stars operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA).  By accessing this site or engaging with its content and services, you affirm your status as a private member and agree that all interactions occur within the private domain, outside the jurisdiction of public law.

 

2. Purpose

 The purpose of this PMA is to support individuals in reconnecting with their soul’s essence through spiritual, astrological, and educational offerings. All resources and services are provided within the private domain for spiritual and educational enrichment.

3. Nature of Services

 Services, content, and guidance offered by Light of the Stars are for entertainment, spiritual, and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or tax advice. Members are solely responsible for how they interpret and apply the information received.

 

4. Reservation of Rights

 Light of the Stars reserves all rights, including, but not limited to, those under Natural Law, Common Law and the Constitution of the United States of America, as well as the right to limit access to or deny services to anyone who violates these terms or operates contrary to the spirit and purpose of the PMA.

 

5. Jurisdiction

 By becoming a member, you agree that all matters are governed by the private ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the PMA and are not subject to the jurisdiction of Federal, State, or other governmental bodies.

 

6. Confidentiality

 All interactions, communications, and shared materials within the PMA are considered private and confidential and may not be shared outside the PMA without explicit permission.

7.  Member Eligibility, Rights and Responsibilities

     - The PMA is a fellowship of living men and women who seek greater personal sovereignty, inner wisdom, and conscious service to others. Members are expected to conduct themselves peacefully, respectfully, and in alignment with the PMA’s values.

     - Membership is available exclusively to individuals acting in their private, non-corporate capacity as living souls incarnated on Earth. Membership does not extend to those functioning in professional or official capacities that could conflict with the PMA’s spiritual or private nature.

     - In order to preserve the integrity and independence of the PMA’s private domain, the PMA restricts membership to exclude individuals employed by any incorporated government agencies, working under government contracts, or licensed through legal bar associations.

     - Individuals proven, through credible and verifiable evidence, to have engaged in the damage and/or destruction of another’s body or property are strictly prohibited from holding membership.

 

8. Liability and Indemnification

 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Light of the Stars, its trustees and members from any and all liabilities, losses, and claims arising out of their participation or reliance upon the services and content offered.

 

9. Breach and Damages

 Any breach of these terms by a member may result in immediate termination of membership and access. The PMA reserves the right to pursue equitable remedies for damages resulting from misuse, defamation, or disclosure of private materials.

 

10. Privacy Notice and Data Use

 Member information is collected solely for private use and communication related directly to the PMA. Data will never be sold, rented, or shared outside the PMA. Submissions made through the site are governed by this confidentiality principle.

 

11. Communication Consent

 By joining, you consent to receive private communications from Light of the Stars, including emails and periodic newsletters related to PMA content, offerings, updates, and announcements. You may revoke your consent at any time, in writing. This revocation of communication consent will also revoke your membership in Light of the Stars PMA. 

 

12. Amendments

 These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time. All changes will be communicated to active members and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

 

13. Contributions and Donations

 All financial contributions, love offerings, or donations made through Light of the Stars are accepted as voluntary gifts to The Soul Remembrance Fund, a faith-based organization organized under 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code.

 These gifts are offered in support of the spiritual work and mission carried out through the PMA and The Soul Remembrance Fund, not as taxable income or public transactions.

 

     - What is a 508(c)(1)(A)?

 A 508(c)(1)(A) is a designation within the U.S. tax code that recognizes faith-based ministries, churches, and religious organizations as tax-exempt without requiring formal IRS approval or 501(c)(3) application.
Such organizations are mandatorily excepted and retain full spiritual sovereignty over their teachings, expressions, and finances.

 The Soul Remembrance Fund exists as such an entity, dedicated to the spiritual awakening, healing, and remembrance of soul purpose.

 

14. Refund Policy

 Due to the nature of the services provided, donations and contributions made through this platform are final and non-refundable. All financial support is considered a voluntary contribution to the mission of the PMA and The Soul Remembrance Fund.

 

15. Acknowledgment and Agreement to Terms

 By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Your continued access and participation confirm your status as a private member operating under the principles of Light of the Stars PMA.
