We are defined as an unincorporated foreign government as per 18 USC 11 and no jurisdictional immunity waiving is implied or expressed, such as that mentioned in 28 USC 1605(a)(1). All rights are explicitly and continually reserved. Light of the Stars and 1OneE1ev1en Trust are not requesting any benefits from any incorporated entity and will pay with securities for any explicit exchange of services. All living members interface in commercial matters using their franchise of their name in all capital letters - those franchises are nationals of the United States as per 8 USC 1101(a)(22)(A). The address for our main headquarters is 12 Moksha Way, Mount Meru, in the Nation of the Amnesty Coalition. Light of the Stars and 1OneE1ev1en Trust do not “operate under the laws of the United States,” but use and mention all laws in an interfacing capacity between the Nation of The Amnesty Coalition and the United States.
