How to Feed Your Soul: Sense your connection with God

You don’t have to call God 'God'.

You might call God: Source, Spirit, Love, the Universe, Creator, or simply the Light.

The name doesn’t matter. What matters is this -

There is a presence that lives in all things. A pulse behind existence.

And that same presence lives in you.

You are not apart from it.

You are an extension of it.

From before you ever took your first breath, you’ve been connected.

This Connection Is Innate, Not Earned

You don’t need to climb a mountain to be worthy.

You don’t need a sacred robe, a ceremonial chant, or someone to speak on your behalf.

You already carry the frequency of the Divine within your very being.

You already have access to the sacred without conditions, without hierarchy, without delay.

No external authority can grant you a connection that’s already yours.

It cannot be bought, borrowed, or bestowed.

It can only be remembered.

That is the journey. That is the practice. That is the nourishment your soul craves:

To remember that you are not separate.

Let Go of the Middleman

There’s no requirement to pass through another person to reach Source frequency. Jesus is not a gatekeeper. Buddha is not a bouncer. Saints, sages, ancestors, and angels, while beautiful and knowledgeable, are not the ones who “get you in.”

Jesus, in my opinion, was a highly enlightened man, incarnated on Earth to teach Christ consciousness - to impart to his disciples that they, too, had direct contact with God.  Religion, on the other hand, is a fabrication of the Roman Empire. And it was (and still is) used to create separation of humans from their innate ability to commune with God directly.

The figureheads of religions are companions, not conduits.

They remind you of what you are, not what you lack.

Your soul speaks the language of God natively.

It doesn’t need translation.

When you pray, when you breathe, when you sit in silence, or sob in your car, or laugh uncontrollably under the stars…that is communion.

No need for perfection.

No need for proof.

Just presence.

How to Feel the Connection

The truth is, your connection to the Divine isn’t something to “create,” it’s something to sense.

It’s subtle, and never far.

You feel it in the quiet.

You feel it in the spaces between thoughts.

You feel it in goosebumps, synchronicities, soft whispers from within.

You feel it when the air feels thick with meaning.

You feel it when you suddenly know something without knowing how.

You feel it when you breathe deeply and something inside you sighs, “Yes... this.”

These moments may not look dramatic, but they are sacred.

They are the Divine brushing against your awareness, saying:

“I’m here. I never left.”

Returning to the Sacred Within

Feeding your soul starts with remembering what you are: a living bridge between Earth and the veil.

You are both form and formless. Body and breath. Matter and magic.

The sacred doesn’t ask you to go anywhere else. It asks you to come back to yourself.

To sit with your heart.

To listen without judgment.

To let your inner knowing rise like the sun behind your ribs.

When you do that, you are not just connecting with God.

You are being with God.

That is the essence.

That is the truth.

That is how your soul is fed.

I offer this invitation:

Today, take a few minutes to sit in stillness. Close your eyes. Feel your breath. Whisper, “I am with You. And You are within me.” Repeat it until your nervous system softens. Until the silence begins to speak back.

This is your sanctuary.

This is your altar.

And you, dear soul, are the holy ground.
